This policy explains what personal data blueastoria.com collects, why, and what rights you have. The site collects very little: only what you send us.

blueastoria.com is operated by Blue Astoria Media Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12187901, whose registered office is at 8 Voss Street, London E2 6JE, United Kingdom. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us:
- The contact form: your name, email address, company (if you give one), the title and topic you select, and your message.
- Email: anything you include when you write to hello@blueastoria.com, and the details in your email itself, such as your name and address.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on blueastoria.com.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to read and reply to your message, and to discuss and manage any partnership that follows. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where your enquiry is about entering into an agreement with us, we also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, who process data on our instructions:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any partnership that follows, and for any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time, subject to anything we must keep for legal reasons.
Cookies
blueastoria.com does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from automated abuse; these do not track you across websites. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Links and our titles
This site links to our titles, Spa Hotel Finder, Petal Republic and Paris Playbook, and to other websites. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies when you visit it. This policy covers blueastoria.com only.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to our use of it;
- ask for your data in a portable format.
